Everything on this site is offered as a genuine gift to the crafting community. These terms aren't here to trap you or protect a corporation — they're here to be honest about how this works, protect both of us, and keep this gift relationship healthy.

If something in here feels wrong or confusing, please contact us. We'd rather talk it through than let unclear language cause problems.

What You're Downloading

Every design on this site is offered as a complete, print-ready, high-resolution digital file. There are no crippled versions, watermarked previews as the final product, or locked features that require payment to unlock.

What you receive:

• Full-resolution file ready for use with sublimation printing, vinyl cutting, or other craft methods
• All formats included as described on the individual design page
• No expiration on files you've downloaded

What this is not:

• A physical product (we do not ship anything)
• A printing service
• Guaranteed compatibility with every printer or software — please check file specifications on each design page

The Gift Relationship

After downloading, you'll be invited — never required — to give back in whatever way feels right to you. This is a genuine invitation, not a disguised payment wall.

Ways you might choose to reciprocate:

• A financial gift — Open-amount, no pressure, no minimum. Processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
• Sharing the work — Pinning a design on Pinterest or sharing on social media genuinely helps more crafters find this resource.
• Sharing your finished project — Posting a photo of your completed mug or tumbler, tagging us, or submitting it through the site.
• Telling your story — Letting us know how you used the design. This means more than you might think.
• Sustaining the work — Joining our sustainer circle with a recurring monthly gift to support ongoing design creation.

None of these are required. If you download and never give back in any form, that's okay. The gift is still yours.

How You Can Use These Designs

We want these designs to be genuinely useful, so the usage rights are generous. Here's how to understand them:

Personal Use — Unconditional Gift

Make as many mugs, tumblers, or other items as you like for yourself, your home, or as personal gifts to friends and family.

No credit required. No restrictions. Completely free to use.

Small Commercial Use — Also a Gift

You can use these designs in your small craft business, including:

• Selling finished products at craft fairs, markets, or pop-up shops
• Selling on small-seller marketplaces
• Custom orders for local clients
• Small business promotional items

We genuinely encourage this. Crafters deserve to make a living from their craft.

We only ask that when easily possible, you credit PNGFoundry— a mention in your shop listing, a small note, a tag on social media. This is not a legal requirement, just a way to keep the gift moving through the community. No penalty if you forget.

Print on Demand & Large Commercial Use — Let's Talk First

The gift relationship works when there's a human community

on both ends. If your use involves:

• Print on Demand
• Mass production (more than 500 units of a single item)
• Nationwide or international retail distribution
• Use by a corporation or large business

...then please contact us before proceeding. We're open to working something out. We just want it to be a conversation, not a scrape-and-distribute situation.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original digital files on other platforms (free or paid)
• Claim the designs as your own original work
• Use the designs in ways that are harmful, hateful, or illegal

File Downloads and Technical Issues

We do our best to ensure every file is complete, correctly formatted, and ready to use. However:

• Digital files cannot be "returned." Since downloads are immediate, we cannot offer refunds on downloaded files. If you experience a technical problem — corrupted file, incomplete download, wrong format — contact us and we'll make it right.
• We are not responsible for compatibility issues between our files and your specific printer, software, or cutting machine. Please review file specifications before downloading.
• Gift contributions are non-refundable. Because gifts are voluntary and not exchanges for specific products, they cannot be reversed. If you made a financial gift by mistake, contact us and we'll work with you.

Financial Gifts and Payments

When you make a financial gift through our site:

• Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal — we never see or store
• your card number
• You'll receive a transaction confirmation directly from the payment processor
• Gifts are voluntary and not prices — there is no implied transaction or warranty attached to a financial gift
• Recurring sustainer gifts can be cancelled at any time by contacting us or through your payment processor's portal

Intellectual Property

All designs on this site are created by PNGFoundry and remain our intellectual property. Downloading a design grants you a license to use it as described in the usage rights section above — it does not transfer ownership of the design to you.

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect the same in return. If you believe a design infringes on your own work, contact us directly at [email protected]

What We're Not Responsible For

We offer these designs in good faith, but we can't guarantee everything.

Specifically:

• Print quality — Printing results depend on your printer, materials, and settings. We provide high-quality files; we cannot control how they're printed.
• Business results — If you use a design commercially, we cannot guarantee any particular business outcome.
• Third-party platforms — Links to Stripe, PayPal, Pinterest, or other platforms are subject to those platforms' own terms and conditions.
• Website availability — We aim to keep the site running reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Since these designs are offered as gifts — not commercial products — and you're not required to pay anything, our liability is inherently limited.

User-Submitted Content

If you choose to share a photo, story, or testimonial:

• You keep ownership of what you submit
• You grant us permission to share it on our website and social media to inspire the community
• We will credit you as you prefer (name, username, or anonymously)
• We will not sell your content to third parties
• You can ask us to remove your submission at any time

Please only submit content you have the right to share. Don't submit images with recognizable people without their consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Changes to These Terms

If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and summarize what changed. We won't hide changes in fine print.
